Incucomm is very active
in early stage private equity. While our
principle focus is with seed
stage firms, we have been invovled, as
principals or advisors, in
a wide range of transactions, including LBO
and MBO efforts.
Our focus in venturing is to look
for deals where we can add
significant value, where we can play
a role in the development of the
company, a technology, financing,
or some combination of these. |

We become actively invovled with only
about 1% of the opportunities we see. Our objective is to
focus
on transactions that create significant upside potential, where
we feel we can add value, and
which are a "win" for all
of the parties invovled. We pass on opportunities that fail to meet
all three
of these critera. |
