In our consulting practice, we use a number of processes to provide our
clients with more value in less time than an ad hoc approach would produce.
Among these processes are a number of tool and template based processes. We
believe that one powerful advantage of our approach to the use of these
tools is the interdisciplinary view they bring. It is quite common for
Incucomm to support a client whose needs include technology, finance, and
other subject matter expertise.
- We use a template based on a tailored version of our Value Building
Process for due diligence engagements.
- We use a intrepreneur's version of our Value Building Process for
corporate clients considering a new business launch.
- We have an extensive toolbox of strategic processes, both for our own
engagements, and to help clients establish strategic management processes in
accordance with benchmarked best practices. In strategy, our templates,
processes, and checklists are extensive. They include what we believe to be
the best of third party work, including Malcolm Baldrige National Quality
Award criteria; updates to classic strategy work by Porter and others; and,
processes of our own design.
- We use third party standards, such as those promoted by Carnegie-Mellon
for technology management (software development and system engineering), in
addition to a set of engineering tools, processes, and templates for
technology development and management.
