Steve
has over of 25 years of strategy, operations, and technology experience
in the telecommunications and defense industries. His business life-cycle
experience includes startups, turn-arounds, and Fortune 50 environments.
Steve’s experience includes three CEO assignments prior to
founding Incucomm. Before Incucomm, Steve was CEO of Crosspan Network
Technologies, which focused on the development of wireless hardware.
Under Steve’s leadership, Crosspan grew its backlog from less
than $20M to more than $750M. Prior to Crosspan, Steve held a variety
of positions with Texas Instruments culminating with Vice President
of Strategy. At this position Steve was responsible for heading
corporate development, international alliances, and investment of
approximately $100M annually. Steve has served as the Chairman of
Texans Credit Union and is a director and advisor to a number of
companies in the Bay Area, Dallas, Houston, and elsewhere. Steve
graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Missouri - Rolla,
and attended Graduate School at Southern Methodist University. |
