John, a physicist by training, has over 40 years of next generation
product and technology development with over 20 of those devoted specifically to
the wireless/RF industry. He has held key development positions on some of the
most advanced communications technologies including RFID, GPS, Loran,
Active/Smart Cellular Antennas, and Free Space Optics.
He has deep experience in “greenfield” product development, strategic planning,
product modeling, patents, regulator relationships, and technology alliances and
has utilized these skills in both startup and Fortune 50 environments. John's
background has also included P&L, general management responsibilities, and as a
technical expert witness.
In his current position as CTO of Incucomm, he is responsible for technical due
diligence, strategic analysis of both new and on-going companies, and tool
developments. Prior to that, he was General Manager of the Cellular
Infrastructure business at Crosspan Network Access Technologies. Additionally,
he presently has over 35 patents either awarded or pending. |
